Very much off the beaten track, in Sóller's historic town centre, just a two-minute walk away from the main square, on Mallorca's north-west coast.
Artfully arranged interior within ancient walls; owner Paul Slijper furnished the hotel with great attention to even the smallest detail.
Swimming pool, a well-tended small garden, and an elegant library.
There is no restaurant at the hotel, but a small choice of snacks at the poolside. A well-appointed breakfast including local ingredients.
Dark parquet floors, antique wallpapers, modern art and the retro look make the 12 luxuriously designed rooms and suites at the L'Avenida a stylish and original experience. Soft drinks from the mini-bar and WiFi connectivity are included in the room rate. Some of the rooms have a beautiful view of the Tramuntana mountains.
