Individual ratings for Dal Mulin
True to the old adage: small is beautiful. You have a choice of four starters, home-made pasta and four main courses (one fish and three meat dishes). Never mind the short menu, because Pietro Spotti's chief priority is the quality of each dish. We will always remember the delicate ravioli dough with its spicy veal shank stuffing. It's just heavenly and always worth a try.
Dal Mulin Restaurant, St. Moritz
Low-key from the outside, just awesome once you're inside. The Dal Mulin is a small restaurant with a tremendous wine list. But just as convincing as the wine list and the expert advise by Kathrin and Danijel Krasnic is the honest alpine market cuisine of Pietro Spotti. We had the home-made ravioli stuffed with veal shank for starters, followed by extra-tender braised veal cheek accompanied by mashed potatoes of celestial fluffiness. Best not to ask how much butter went into them. This is not the place to go on a diet. Since
everything is so delicious, we splurged on Kaiserschmarrn – a classic dish at the Dal Mulin. We’ll burn it off again
tomorrow when we spend the day on the slopes of the Corviglia ski
resort. In fact, we had no qualms about making a reservation for the
very next evening with our charming hostess Kathrin.
