All rooms are located on the ground floor, come with a small seating area, and have direct access to the garden. Complimentary WiFi.

Whether you have come to the Eternal City for the Wednesday Audience of the Pope or for the Angelus Prayer on Saint Peter's on Sunday, or whether you are simply looking for a dapper B&B with a large garden, Villa Magnolia will be just the place for you. The owner-operated mansion was raised in the 1950s and is in excellent repair. When entering the patrician wrought-iron gate, brace yourself for an exuberant welcome – by six tail-wagging golden retrievers. Sante and his wife have decorated the guest rooms in the French country-cottage style, and done so with much lavish attention to detail. The rooms are painted in pastel hues. Everything is in miniature, but the essentials are all in place: reception, small breakfast nook with four tables, a cosy outdoor seating area by the fountain, and a garden with lush verdure. Perfect for anyone seeking tranquillity, visitors to the Holy See, and garden aficionados.

If you are looking for a quiet room in a green setting, you will find no place in Rome at a lower rate.
The one thing missing perhaps is a pool in the magnificent garden. Taking a cool dip would be just the thing to do after exploring the city.
