The hotel is located on the eponymous street in historic downtown Naples close to Piazza Plebescito.

Ambience

Classic Italian end to end: A spruce neoclassicist mansion on the outside, you will be amazed by the neat rooms full of patina and charm, achieved via a grand marble stairway.

Infrastructure

A manicured garden with a small pool, a breakfast room, a beautiful patio, and a parking lot.

Culinary

A simple but quite adequate breakfast menu. There is no restaurant in the building itself, yet the restaurant "La Stanza del Gusto" with its imaginative cuisine is right next door – do not miss it! For reservations, please call: Tel. +39 081 401578

13 simple rooms with classic Italian interior decoration, and 6 spacious junior suites, some of them split-level. Most rooms are done in the colours mint green, red or yellow, and feature mini-bar, safe and free WiFi.

Costantinopoli 104 Hotel, Napoli

Well away from chaos and refuse, lies this secluded terracotta-coloured mansion in neoclassicist style in a handsome Neapolitan courtyard. The only thing telling you that this is not a private residence but a well-kept 4-star hotel is a small bell button by the entrance. Having passed through the courtyard and another gate, you enter a lavish, picturesque garden with old-growth trees and pool. The stained glass windows are a feast for the eyes and the hallmark of the hotel. The decidedly clean rooms are a welcome retreat after a foray into the narrow lanes of the historic town centre.

The lush green garden with its pool is an oasis of tranquillity amidst the vibrant city life of Naples.

Some rooms have gotten on in years and could do with a once-over.
