Idyllic and absolutely quiet, set into a sprawling garden complex and bordering the proprietary vineyards. In the heart of the Lubéron, 2 km away from Ménerbes.
Ambience
Multiculturalism at its finest! Contemporary interpretation of a country cottage, showing Asian and Mediterranean influences.
Infrastructure
Garden with heated outdoor pool, living room, orangery including kitchen, Honesty Bar and refrigerator whose use is open to all guests.
Culinary
Rich breakfast buffet including fresh-squeezed orange juice and egg dishes. While there is no in-house restaurant, table d'hôte meals are available upon request. Guests are also welcome to do their own cooking.
Rooms
4 bespoke rooms, either with garden terrace or balcony. All come with comfortable beds that have box spring mattresses, iPods, well-picked accessories, and modern bathrooms. Complimentary WiFi.
Service
Personal and highly committed, but not always on hand, the way it would be in a luxury hotel. The hosts, Thomas and Rudolf, also live in the building.

Domaine Les Roullets Hotel, Oppède

A country cottage straight from a picture book – embedded in sloping vineyards and the tranquil countryside of the Lubéron valley. Dutch proprietors Thomas and Rudolf showed a fine sense of style and plenty of taste when renovating the old 18th century farmhouse, and put in an impressive garden. The main building commands a sweeping panoramic view across the valley and all the way to Mont Ventoux. The Bed & Breakfast has been open to the public since 2008, encouraging guests to revel in the art of casual Provence living. The tranquillity of the expansive garden complex will let you find back to yourself and forget the rest of the world. With a view to the need for precisely this tranquil atmosphere, the small-is-beautiful sanctuary is limited exclusively to adults and teenagers at least 16 years old.

The vast manicured garden complex is not just a feast for the eye but also a special place to get your bearings back.
