Scenically set inside an eight-hectare park right next to the eponymous wine estate. A 1.5 km bicycle ride to the affiliated hotel Les Sources de Caudalie and the prestigious vineyard Château Haut Smith Lafitte will take you past vineyards and forests.
Princess for a while! Wake up in the morning to birdsong or the delicious scent of pastry fresh out of the oven. Enjoy your first cup of coffee while looking out of the window at the manor pond where the swans are gliding majestically across the water.
The château's guests are welcome to use the facilities of the sister hotel Les Sources de Caudalie, including the restaurants, spa, gym and bicycles. The handsome salons at Château Le Thil are used for breakfast and wine tastings.
Breakfast featuring à la carte egg dishes is prepared with loving care, but there is no restaurant at the château.
9 grand rooms and 2 suites All of these have high ceilings, large windows and a scenic view of the manor grounds. The modern bathrooms have a generous layout, and are stocked with care products by Caudalie.
Friendly, solicitous, and straightforward. The resident butler takes care of everything – organising bicycles, to luggage pick-ups, and wine tasting reservations, among other things.
