What makes the Flaveur so unique for us? It could be the fact that you just wouldn't expect anything like it when you walk past the place. The restaurant is located in a room resembling a store, with a shop front giving you a good view of the interior. With you curiosity aroused, you will be positively thrilled once you enter. The brothers Gaël and Mickaël Tourteaux not only bring years of experience with various star-decorated chefs to the job, but also their dreams and memories of the island of Guadeloupe where they spent part of their childhood. Exciting aroma cuisine with exotic touches. An unforgettable experience was the undercooked salmon on Granny Smith apple salsa with Kaffir lime, halloumi and Kiwano (horned melon).

It may take you a moment to realise how well-considered and professionally the interior is decorated. The white walls are ornamented with wooden plaques remindful of interlaced fish bones or perhaps paradise lost?
This is a small cultivated single-room restaurant seating 30, housed on the sales floor of a former storefront.
Light creative dishes – tantalizingly presented, with convincing flavours and perfectly seasoned. We find the Michelin star is well deserved!
Short and exquisite, with focus on France and regional vintages.
The way each dish is elaborated is remindful of an MC's introductions. They whet your appetite for more, making each course feel like an encore. The time we spent waiting for the check seemed a bit long.
